What will the apprentice be doing?

Daily responsibilities and training will include:

  • Answering calls from tenants
  • Dealing with repairs and raising job sheets for the maintenance team
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Inputting data onto our in-house system regarding tenants rent payments and taking notes
  • Chasing tenants for overdue rent payments
  • Advertising properties online
  • Ensuring tenancy application forms are completed correctly and all necessary checks have been done

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Customer Service which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures.

Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7. You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of the apprenticeship a full-time position may be offered and progression within the company.
