What will the apprentice be doing?

Main Duties:

  • Monitor and clear emails received into admin inbox in line with set KPI’s
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries raised
  • Sending out stationery as required for associates
  • Making up stationery packs for new associate starters as required
  • Franking post and taking it to the post office
  • Checking invoices daily
  • Assist in the checking and distribution of tickets
  • Communicate as needed in a professional, supportive and timely manner with associates and suppliers
