The Role:
The role of a Customer Service Practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers at Brakes Sysco, during that time you will develop into a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice and will cover a wide range of hands on experience with customers, using multiple different methods of communicating, some of the tasks you might deal with are; meeting & greeting customers, supporting with product and/ or service sales, problem solving, and after care services.
Support will be given throughout your apprenticeship with mentors guiding you through the role and continuous development of skills and behaviours to exceed personal goals and business objectives.
The apprenticeship will provide on the job training, where you will apply new skills and knowledge gained to real life operations such as:
- Dealing with all aspects of customer services - chasing deliveries, arranging collections, arranging credits
- Dealing with incoming calls; advise customers on products.
- Processing sales orders on a bespoke windows-based system
Prepare system quotations, source products if not stocked & follow up as required - Build business relationship with internal/ external customers.
- Maintain and monitor quotation and lead files
- Dealing with a variety of customer service enquires and reporting of service calls
