What will the apprentice be doing?
- Provide first and second line administrative support to staff and students/to the Central Team function
- Attend and contribute to administrative related meetings as required
- Provide high quality administrative support as required
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep apprentice program fully up to date to comply with the designated trainer
- To comply with the Trust’s child safeguarding procedures, including regular liaison with the designated child safeguarding person over any safeguarding issues or concerns
- To comply with Trust policies and procedures at all times
- Undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation. The postholder may be required to provide support to other Trust academies in the region
- To adhere to GDPR and Data Protection Regulations, whilst maintaining confidentiality
- To participate in wider Trust meetings and working groups as required
- Comply with Trust policies and procedures at all times, including GDPR related policies
- All staff of Northern Education Trust will abide by the values vision and ethos at all times
- This role could involve contact with children
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will work towards completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
- All work will be delivered remotely by LMP Education
- The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your apprenticeship
