The HR Support Level 3 course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified HR professional. It  is expertly tailored to the job role of HR support and teaches:

  • An understanding of HR legislation and policy framework within an organisation.
  • How to deliver correct and effective HR advice, relating to everything from recruitment to retirement.
  • How to utilise HR systems, processes and tools to support the HR function of an organisation.

By the end of the course, you will have a concrete platform for professional development within the HR sector.
