What will the apprentice be doing?
In your role you will be responsible for booking viewings on properties we have for sale.This job will involve working Saturdays but not bank holidays. All training will be given.
Daily tasks may include:
- General admin duties
- Answering enquiries from external applicants via face-to-face, telephone etc
- Supporting and assisting colleagues
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
If successful, you will be enrolled onto the 12 month Level 2 Customer Service qualification with South Devon College. With weekly taught sessions you will learn the theory and skills to help you become competent at dealing with a huge variety of clients and support you to meet their needs within a busy office environment. Once you have finished your taught sessions you will still receive support from your assessor coach and employer to get you ready for your final assessment. This role will add to a great grounding in any business environment. There is scope for this to become a full-time role post apprenticeship.
If you do not already hold Maths and English GCSE Grade 2/E (or equivalent) you will be required to attend lessons on your college day.
