What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience, helping customers

  • Conduct problem solving and troubleshooting

  • Provide technical help to colleagues if required

  • Achieve personal and store KPIs, consistently exceeding key performance indicators, and individual and store targets

  • Filing, scanning, typing, faxing and emailing using a variety of Microsoft Packages 
  • Deal with communications, over the telephone, written and face to face from other stakeholders 
  • Organise and service meetings, taking minutes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Balfour Beatty Living Places offers a comprehensive training programme in Customer Services and work planning with the opportunity of completing industry vocational qualifications. You will provide effective, efficient coordination of works in a customer focused environment. You will follow a 15 months training programme as part of our Apprenticeship Level 2, geared towards Customer Service Specialist status. Depending on project requirements, you will be site or office based at Thorn, Hereford.
