What will the apprentice be doing?
Day to Day? …. You will be Responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate digital HR records including regular data cleanse, starters & leavers, etc.
- HR Administration to include reference checking, responding to references, issuing of offer letters/contracts
- Support with recruitment administration - updating and maintaining job channels, arranging interviews and follow up correspondence
- Support with monthly payroll processing and administration of company benefits
- Support with administration of the company car fleet
- Support with onboarding, induction and training activities
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards the attainment of a Level 3 HR Support (an industry recognised Qualification) delivered via monthly Tutor led workshops (live, virtual 3 - 5 hour sessions), self-led study, blended learning and development activities (assignments, worksheets, projects) ALL, within the workplace.
Please note: Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
