From making quotes and orders for our retailers and private customers, to providing our online and offline customer welcome, to calling Architects and Designers to introduce our products to them.

What will the apprentice be doing?
With customers across the globe you will find yourself working with prestigious retailers and individuals and the world's most elite customers whilst developing your professional skills in the process. As part of the role you will also be supported by, both our CEO & COO, in your growth towards many other opportunities within our expanding organisation. Whilst we would like you to get involved in all the exciting things happening at The Watermark Collection, were not expecting you start off having all the knowledge. We will train you from the ground up and support you to build up the knowledge and confidence to excel in your career. We are a creative bunch and want to offer our expertise and experience to mentor you on any creative projects you have running in the background whether this be work related or not!

- Issuing & Chasing Retailer Invoices

- Selling to End Customers
- Architect & Design Call Campaign for Varied Form to introduce the brand (and quote them where allowed)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As well as the training you will be given on site by our experts, this role is supported by a level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship training programme plus Functional Skills (if required). This programme will be delivered by live virtual workshops on a twice monthly basis through theatre based learning, masterclasses and workshops. Ongoing skills coach support with be provided throughout.
