What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Work towards a level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship standard
  • Gain valuable practical experience in an office environment, working in our HR department
  • You will work closely with our training department to take course enquiries, check availability of trainers, allocate trainers to courses and deal with customers. Full training will be given on the courses we offer and our booking systems
  • In addition, you will gain experience in supporting varied and interesting tasks including posting new job vacancies, reviewing job applications, arranging interviews, making travel arrangements, inputting attendance / whereabouts, chasing up and recording employee documents, creating new starter files and general administrative support
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to learn detailed and high-level tasks from experienced members of staff
