About the employer

Garway Primary School sits in a thriving rural village, in beautiful rolling countryside, close to Garway Hill. We have a very close knit community of children, staff and parents with strong links to the local village. A very active Parent Staff Association (PSA) provides fantastic support to the school and organises fundraising and social activities throughout the year. As a small school, we have high adult to child ratios and know every pupil as an individual. The uniqueness and strengths of each child are celebrated and valued. Pupils learn in mixed-age classes where all children are able to make good progress at their own pace. Pupils have a powerful voice in moving the school forward through Green Garway Group. We hope they will leave our school as confident, capable young people who know they have the skills and ability to make a difference.
