What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Support with answering incoming calls
  • Schedule fieldwork with Assessor team, and make sure visits are completed on time
  • Help with Assessor queries (via phone and email) and establish yourself as a first point of contact for Assessors
  • Troubleshoot any issues – e.g. reallocation of work due to Assessor illness
  • Build positive relationships with Assessors and provide feedback (as needed) on their reports to maintain high standards of report completion
  • Review & update project documentation
  • Quality check reports (with support from our Quality Team)
  • Review and sign off Assessors' invoices
  • Process purchase returns

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
