What will the apprentice be doing?
The day-to-day tasks of the apprenticeship will include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring of inboxes (HRS and MEAM), recording information on relevant databases
- Preparation of meeting documents for team meetings
- Minuting team meetings
- Raising orders and arranging payments?
- Arranging meetings
- Room bookings
- Staff rota
- Meet and greet in hub
- Stock control
The successful client will not be involved with any clients, unless they express a wish to shadow a team member.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

· Level 2 Award in Operational Delivery (Principles)
· Level 3 Certificate in Operation Delivery (Advanced)
· End Point Assessment (EPA)
· Functional Skills in maths, English if required
· Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship if available.
