National minimum wage guaranteed, but wages will be paid according to experience. Incremental increases possible dependant of successful performance reviews. Initial review will be after 3 months. You will receive a share of gratuities.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Prepare, cook and finish complex dishes while overseeing a section of the kitchen.
- Supervise other staff members and deputise for senior chefs.
- Assist with the review and refresh of new dishes and menus.
- Ensure the team and themselves maintain high standards of personal, and food hygiene.
- Oversee and monitor the quality and safety of food.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- A Level 3 Chef de Partie qualification will be achieved upon completion.
- Training will take place one day a week at Strode College.
- Strode College will be managing the applications for this post.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking to recruit a long term employee that will grow with the business.
