    Rate of pay can rise to £15,000 per year. Any extra hours worked above scheduled work hours will be paid at the hourly rate.

What will the apprentice be doing?

There is no average week in hospitality, and you will have a very varied role including:

  • Food service and waiting duties (including breakfast)
  • Event set up; keeping public areas tidy and general cleaning of the venue on set up days
  • Serving drinks, canapes, tea and coffee

No matter what your role at South Farm we expect everyone to work together as a team, have fun and work in a professional, trustworthy and reliable manner.  We like open-minded team players with lots of enthusiasm.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The successful applicant will receive a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 qualification plus Functional Skills if required
  • Training for this will take place on-the-job alongside our training provider

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • A full-time or a part-time position may be available following on from a successful apprenticeship year
