What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be the first port of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for repair. A professional friendly attitude and attention to detail will be required.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Setting up job cards
  • Keeping customers informed and ordering parts
  • Returning parts
  • Billing customers
  • Taking payments and keeping records will form the majority of your day
  • Booking vehicles in for repair
  • Keeping customers informed of progress of vehicle
  • Producing invoices
  • Parts ordering
  • Record keeping
  • Enquiries come from customers face to face, via the telephone and email wishing to enquire about a sales vehicle or making a booking for their car. Full training will be given

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

After completion of the apprenticeship program we would love to make you a permanent member of the team. Possibility to grow within the business and take on additional responsibilities such as trade shows, marketing.
