About the employer

With just £25,000 to put towards purchasing their first property in 2009, friends Keith Newby and Jonathan Mills became property investors. They were quickly able to double their initial investment through renovation and by leveraging the equity in their property. This enabled them to invest in further rental homes. As their portfolio grew they established New Mills Properties. The business has continued to grow and an experienced team has been established to support it. Jonathan has since moved on to other projects but Keith has taken New Mills Property to a new level and the company has gone from strength to strength. New Mills Properties has now over 200 properties with a letting average achieving way above 95
