What will the apprentice be doing?
At Declaro we are looking for a dedicated customer service practitioner to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace based in West Bromwich. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, supporting, meet-and-greet and possibly new sales enquiries.
You may be the first point of contact and your actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to our customers. Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Level 2
Duration is a minimum of 12 months to complete plus end point assessment (approx. 3 months).
Blended learning of online and work based learning with your assessor.
Your Apprenticeship will cover;
- Knowledge such as knowing your customers, understanding the organisation, regulations and legislation, systems and resources, customer experience, your role and responsibility and product and service knowledge
- A wide range of skills such as communication, influencing, organisation and dealing with conflict & challenge
- Behaviours – self-development, feedback, team work, equality, presentation and first time resolution
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A permanent role with Declaro after successful completion of your Apprenticeship. This is at the discretion of the employer.
