What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of your role responsibilities you will report directly to the Business Performance Manager and support:

  • Collate, analyse and interpret performance data
  • Provide data that will support measurement of performance 
  • Create, update & amber critical information required to manage data 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Throughout your employment, you will study, learn and apply the knowledge, skills and behaviours for your apprenticeship and achieve the Business Administrator Level 3.
As part of your apprenticeship you will benefit from the following:

  • Planned learning days each week to support your studies 
  • Teaching and learning completed at place of work 
  • Shadowing your line manager to learn new substantial knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the apprenticeship 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have achieved your apprenticeship and have developed the knowledge, skills and behaviours you will have opportunities for scoping your career within Quality Management or Business Improvement.
