What will the apprentice be doing?

Working in a fast-paced environment, the right candidate will have a key role to play within our organisation, ensuring we provide the very best levels of customer service to our members.

Our chosen applicant will have the support they need to gain new skills and to realise their potential as part of a passionate, purposeful and friendly team.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer incoming queries from members and MG Customers
  • Keep on top of admin work and work with the rest of the team to make sure KPIs are hit
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, and when required, have the confidence to deal with customer issues is a calmly and professionally
  • Respond to customer enquiries via chat, telephone, or email
  • Manage complaints in an effective manner
