What will the apprentice be doing?

We are on the lookout for committed Customer Service Advisors to join our Accounts team who share the same passion for customer service as we do!
Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many specialist teams. There’s also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor:

Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of customers queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
