What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Administrative: The role holder will help to schedule meetings to capture information prior to and to debrief after the assessment
  • Hogan assessments: Interface with our service provider for Hogan assessments (APS); administer that assessment links will get send to the relevant executives in time and monitor completion, send reminders if needed
  • Capturing information: The role holder will also make sure that all captured information in the yearbook template gets captured centrally within the Success Factor Platform
  • Analysis and report writing: We will also expect the role holder to support the analysis of the individual reports and help to create an aggregated report with insights across the wider group of participants

  • You will complete the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
