What will the apprentice be doing?

Key responsibilities:

·Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data input, reference requests, posting or emailing HR paperwork, H&S Induction preparation, timesheet and payroll checking. 

·Produce accurate and timely HR documentation such as overtime reports, absence, sickness.

·Create HR accurate HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, changes to terms,

·Run reports from the HR system and distribute to Managers across the business e.g. absence, sickness, holidays, overtime.

·Keep an accurate record of recruitment vacancies and post these on websites to attract candidates.

·Answer any general HR queries where possible.

·Update the HR system accurately and in a timely manner.

·Maintain employee records e.g. medicals, address information.

·Post communications on the company intranet system and /or whatsapp.

·Prepare or update procedure documentation.

·Assist in organising HR training onsite or using third party providers.

·Organise starters / leavers forms for employees including organising equipment prior to joining.

·Cover other areas of business administration support as required.
