What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be working as part of a small team assisting with all the administration required for the delivery of a wide range of training courses at venues across the UK and Virtually/online.

The work will be varied, and you will have a line manager who will monitor your development, progress, effort, and integration into the team. You will be taught how to self-manage your workload as we do not micromanage our personnel.

Day to Day tasks varied and not limited to:

  • Dealing with the training suppliers ensuring course information is current and correct on our systems and websites
  • Course material preparation and dispatch for classroom courses
  • Dealing with and processing training enquiries

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
