Compliance and Administration Apprentice CARE CONNECTION PARTNERS LTD
You will learn all aspects of our compliance and administration processes, working directly with our staff to build and maintain their files. You will learn the importance of accuracy and the value of our partnering approach when working with staff and clients.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
A variety of different tasks are involved each day,
Duties to include:
- Registering new staff
- Updating existing staff files
- Producing documentation for clients.
This is a dynamic role, in which two days are never the same.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be undertaking the following:
- Level 3 Business Administrator standard
- Functional Skills in maths, English & IT (if required)
- Regular training and development to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
