What will the apprentice be doing?

A variety of different tasks are involved each day,

Duties to include:

  • Registering new staff 
  • Updating existing staff files 
  • Producing documentation for clients.

This is a dynamic role, in which two days are never the same.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be undertaking the following:

  • Level 3 Business Administrator standard
  • Functional Skills in maths, English & IT (if required)
  • Regular training and development to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
