What will the apprentice be doing?
The Duties include:
- General Reception duties
- Answering the telephone
- Booking Customers in for treatments
- Helping to keep the clinic clean and tidy
- Carrying out minor treatments once trained
You will be trained to complete Laser Hair Removal and complete a core of knowledge. The role will require you to be confident in up selling and working to daily/monthly targets.

We are looking for a junior therapist who can demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail be friendly and enthusiastic who enjoys building relationships with clients, have a passion for looking after the customer and works well as part of a team.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.
Functional Skills maths and English will be incorporated if required.
On the job training.
Full training will be provided on an ongoing daily basis and when required. You will be working towards a NVQ qualification. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress/help you through you course. Continual assessment for NVQ’s coupled with assignments/or exams depending on course of study. No college attendance is required, your course will be delivered in your workplace.
Time spent training will be part of the agreed contracted hours of the working week. At the end of your training you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment, and you will receive a Level 2 qualification.
