The successful candidate must have a passion for the aesthetic industry. You will be a good communicator with great customer service skills. You will be able to work towards daily/monthly targets.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
The salon is open Tuesdays to Saturdays. Shifts to be confirmed.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The duties include:
- General Reception duties
- Answering the telephone
- Booking customers in for treatments
- Helping to keep the clinic clean and tidy
- Carrying out minor treatments once trained
- Heath, safely and hygiene
- Consultation and client care
- Manicure and pedicure treatments
- Waxing services
- Eyebrow shaping services
- Eyebrow and lash tinting services
- Gel polish
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting of clients
- Making drinks
- Taking payments
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.
Functional Skills maths and English will be incorporated if required.
On the job training.
Full training will be provided on an ongoing daily basis and when required. You will be working towards a NVQ qualification. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress/help you through you course. Continual assessment for NVQ’s coupled with assignments/or exams depending on course of study. No college attendance is required, your course will be delivered in your workplace.
Time spent training will be part of the agreed contracted hours of the working week. At the end of your training you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment, and you will receive a Level 2 qualification.
