What will the apprentice be doing?

Due to continual growth, we are looking to increase our Business Administration team.  If you are an enthusiastic individual who would like to develop your career as our latest apprentice, then we would love to hear from you. You will be required to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for jobs being processed as quickly as possible for clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone quickly & dealing with incoming queries
  • Able to raise callouts efficiently & professionally. Managing emergencies calmly & effectively
  • Provide support on a variety of administrative tasks
  • Help with providing customers information, liaising with booking in maintenance, call outs & repairs
  • Providing support on any projects that are required
  • Bringing in new ideas & innovations to the team, to help with processes & procedures

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for other roles within the organisation with your transferrable skills. Should a permanent role be made available within the Customer Service team, you would be considered a desirable candidate.
