What will the apprentice be doing?
At Leapfrog we pride ourselves in providing children with Early Years experiences which lay foundations for their future. Through carefully chosen activities we facilitate children's learning by concentrating on developing and extending children's interests.Your role will be to support this and give children the opportunity to explore, be creative and curious, express themselves, observe, question and discuss, build relationships and have control over the direction of their learning.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification is work based and you will achieve this during your role in the Nursery - you will receive support and guidance in the setting and will also be allowed time out during the week to learn new knowledge, skills and behaviours as required by the qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As we are a small group of Nurserys progression is available within the group.
