What will the apprentice be doing?
After the success of our 1st apprentice, we are now looking to recruit another. This position is to join the team and learn the recruitment process with a long term view of a career in recruitment.
The role requires someone who is methodical and has a great eye attention for detail. Some web/analytics experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
This position will require a great deal of speaking to candidates and clients on the phone. The ideal apprentice will be confident on the phone and have great communication skills.

- CV searching
- Speaking to candidates and clients
- Helping with payroll
- Assisting the consultant on the desk
- Social media posting
- Reference checking
- Sending out documents and client confirmations
- Interviewing candidates.
