All training and guidance will be provided. This course is fully online and suitable for a candidate who has business administration qualifications or experience

What will the apprentice be doing?
Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and keeping accurate records, addressing visitor questions, needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
You will also be given the opportunity to engage in projects and assist the marketing team. This would include helping the team to source new business leads across email and telephone conversations and other media outlets.
As part of this role, you will receive all necessary training, guidance and support required in order complete your tasks.
