What will the apprentice be doing?

The purpose of the role is to establish & develop Excellent long-term relationships with customers., whilst maintaining records on the Customer Relationship Management system. Key responsibilities include:

  • proactively developing client relationships & updating the CRM
  • dealing with incoming enquiries, upselling & complaint handling
  • processing orders and payments
  • providing administrative and service support

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprenticeship training will be provided through a mixture of face to face tutorials and online learning.

Training and development will take place in the workplace.

The apprentice will work towards achieving the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Standard.

Where appropriate you will undertake Functional Skills maths and English at Level 2.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, we aim to give you a permanent position in the company.
