What will the apprentice be doing?

Accounts primary responsibilities:

  • To assist with day-to-day accounts and month end for all businesses
  • To update our accounts package with the new school and teacher information on a weekly basis
  • To raise invoices to schools on a weekly basis
  • To request weekly invoices from umbrella companies
  • To process weekly payroll for Teachers on in house payroll
  • Liaise with payroll process companies to assist with queries from teachers
  • To chase aged debtors for Coba Education, Coba IT and Fuse Collaboration
  • To enter all purchase invoices for Coba Education, Coba IT and Fuse Collaboration
  • Reconciling the banks and factoring account for Coba Education, Coba IT and Fuse Collaboration
  • Process charge cards for Coba Education, Coba IT and Fuse Collaboration

Administration primary responsibilities:

  • To administer the Loyalty Scheme for schools
  • Create DBS login for teachers on Personnel Checks and verifying documents
  • To assist with stationery orders

  • 1/2 remote studying once a week
  • 4-6 weekly sessions with your tutor
  • 12 weekly tutor visits
