What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responsible for advising and assisting our clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident, taking details of the incident, assessing policy cover and advising clients about their options. Other duties once trained will include:

  • Helping to establish who was at fault for the incident,
  • Making inquiries to all parties and insurers involved and offering repairs,
  • Arranging the hire of uninsured loss recovery services to the client as appropriate,


What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards completing the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship which will be delivered virtually and in the workplace by Smart Training and Recruitment.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Successful completion is likely to lead you into a permanent role within the company, with either further opportunities to learn more about the legal side of claims and litigation or the chance to become a Senior Team Leader.
