What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be an integral part of the office, ensuring the smooth running of all administration. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Creating quotations and processing orders
  • Completing purchasing and logistics requests
  • Raising invoices and reconciling to deliveries
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth customer service
  • Accurate data input, filing and scanning
  • Being organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You receive the majority of your training on the job and will attend weekly day release (term time) at Bournemouth College as part of your apprenitceship.

You will achieve a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship (NVQ) and Functional Skills Level 2 in English and/or maths if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

For the right candidate and upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, further career progression is possible within the sales or operations teams if desired.
