As part of the Customer Service team - you will be trained to an extremely high standard and gain your Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship qualification through Nescot College. 5 days out of 7 Monday to Friday this may include occasional weekends. 8am - 5pm.

National Minimum Wage rising to £9.90 per hour after 1 year and or successful completion of the apprenticeship.

What will the apprentice be doing?
As part of the Customer Service Team, our Customer Service Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound and outbound calls to both client and tenant.
The successful Customer Service Agent
- Will possess an exceptional telephone manner be able to advise residents of step-by-step progress on works
- Book appointments and provide both customer and clerical support
- In turn ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of administrative operations
- 40 hours per week
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Free DBS
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship offered with Nescot College, Ewell, Epsom, Surrey
- College contact will be once per month
