The HR Apprentice will have a key role supporting the HR team and helping with administrative procedures. There will be opportunity to work across all areas of HR.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering employee enquiries
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with recruitment
  • Organising meetings and taking notes
  • Entering data into the HR system
  • Managing the HR email inbox
  • Managing all administrative processes including around leave types, probation and contracts
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

HR Support Level 3, delivered via monthly tutor-lead workshops (live, virtual 3 – 5 hour sessions) self-led study and blending learning and development activities, all, within the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

With our apprenticeship opportunity – if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
