What will the apprentice be doing?

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meeting and taking notes for a comprehensive report after meetings

•Answering telephone calls, emails and enquiries about the businesses.

•Greet and assist visitors and prospective learners and clients

•Photocopy, scanning and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues

•Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
