What will the apprentice be doing?
·The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are to:
·Answer incoming calls, including overflow calls from Reception and other departments
.Load and process all new agreements, ensuring agreements are correctly scanned and saved to secure online storage
·Ensure all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
·Issue welcome packs and invoices to clients
·Monitoring the 3 Collections Support inboxes and respond in a professional and timely manner to ensure Customer Service Levels are met
·Manage a small portfolio of customer accounts in arrears, including chasing customers for payment and taking card payments over the phone
·Complete other administrative tasks as necessary
·Process and send direct debits, AUDDIS submissions, and incoming BACS payments against contracts
·Deal with all customer matters efficiently, fairly, and consistently in line with cultural values and FCA requirements
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An intermediate level of Customer Service practitioner training is provided via a training advisor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The expected career progression is as a full-time customer service assistant.
