What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprentice role will include:

·         Providing support to the customer service team

·         Liaising with suppliers

·         Accurate data entry

·         Monitoring and maintaining supplier discrepancies

·         Shipment tracking

·         Maintaining customer records & administrative tasks

  • Ensuring outstanding customer service both internally and externally is provided

The company are looking for individuals with the following skills:

·         Good communication skills.

·         Able to manage a variety of tasks at any given time.

·         Have excellent problem-solving skills.

·         Good IT skills

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will have full support from the customer service Manager and team as they will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitoner apprenticeship.

Training will be office based in Portland Dorset with one day a week at Weymouth college throughout the apprenticeship.

 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once the apprenticeship is complete there is the opportunity for more training and a full time position and career within the company
