Apprentice Helpdesk Operative DEALER MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD

DMS operate a bespoke software system for the motor industry. Your role will be to support the Helpdesk team. You will be a great communicator, listening to customers and delivering solutions. You will be self-motivated, aware of and meeting business targets. You will be able to speak to people of all levels and make them feel at ease.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answer and administer inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed and logged on our ticketing system
  • Monitoring all incoming requests
  • Provide knowledgeable with a courteous, responsive and efficient service
  • Effectively manage customer communication through their tickets with timely progress updates
  • Maintain knowledge of DMS Navigator products and services

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
