What will the apprentice be doing?

The role of Sales and Lettings Customer Service provider would be front of house handling enquiries: Duties would include:

Dealing with telephone; email and walk-in enquiries from both applicants and clients.

Registering applicants and inputting data on property software

Booking sales and lettings viewings

Booking sales and lettings property valuations

Draft property brochures

Liaising with clients, providing viewing feedback, putting forward offers; sales and letting progression

Maintaining window display

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will achieve the Customer Service Practitoner Apprenticeship Standard.

You will be assigned an Mentor for one to one teaching and learning.

You will attend workshops remotely via Zoom.

You will need to Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The opportunity to develop and grow within the role for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship.
