What will the apprentice be doing?

  • 30 Hour Week initially
  • Answering the phone/general enquiries
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring databases are updated
  • Resolving issues raised by customers
  • Saving / entering expense, invoice and bills into our accounts system
  • Assisting customers in paying their accounts over the phone
  • Updating CRM Systems & Diaries
  • FilingAdding contracts to internal systems
  • Sales support
  • Ownership and development of several key admin processes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Our training provider has a base in Newcastle City Centre, at lease one full day per fortnight, for which the successful applicant will be paid.
  • The successful applicant with gain the Business Administrator Level 3 (A level) qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Business Admin Supervisor
  • A Level 4 Apprenticeship or
  • An in-work degree in a subject agreed nearer the time
