What will the apprentice be doing?

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking calls and assisting with customer enquiries from start to finish
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via various platforms, phone, email and web
  • Accurate and timely order entry
  • General administration duties including sales correspondence, maintaining accurate customer records and data 
  • To take a lead role in working with the Sales Manager and Supervisor to ensure all tasks are carried out with in a timely fashion and/or to a deadline

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive the majority of your training on the job and will be required to attend Bournemouth College on a term time day release (fortnightly) basis throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications:

·        Business Administrator Level 3 NVQ

·        Functional skills English and Maths Level 2 (if required)
