What will the apprentice be doing?

Reporting to the Account’s Manager.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone calls and administration.
  • Stamping and booking in purchase invoices.
  • Posting and attaching services reports to sales invoices.
  • Answering phone calls/ dealing with customers.
  • Monitoring emails.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • General office duties.

Mode of delivery: Delivered in the work place with weekly day release at Printworks Campus, Leeds.
