What will the apprentice be doing?

· Speaking to customers daily via phone & email  
 
· Using MS applications  
 
· Using Cargowise to get information on customer details  
 
· Calling customers for customer care & sales  
 
· Communicate with other departments  
 
· Log, update and maintain records on CRM  
 
· Help with posting promotional items to customers
