What will the apprentice be doing?

●    Scheduling training: Creating on Aspire, booking rooms, advertising courses.
●    Organise catering for events that are scheduled within BMA house.
●    Room set up / preparation paperwork to ensure that the relevant facilitator has all the required resources to deliver their sessions.
●    Collecting facilitators from reception at BMA house when a training session is being delivered by an external consultant.
●    Organising Lunch & Learns, whilst obtaining authorisation for budget purposes.
