What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assisting clients via phone and email
- Training clients to use the online parcel logging system
- Carrying out research to find new clients
- Following up and closing potential clients
- Managing and organising the business files
- Updating your calendars
- Social media management, including Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L2 Customer Service Practitioner award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider and have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.
During this level 2 apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of customer service, the customer experience, systems and processes, understanding customer needs and loads more, delivered by an award-winning training provider.
