During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L2 Customer Service Practitioner award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider and have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.

During this level 2 apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of customer service, the customer experience, systems and processes, understanding customer needs and loads more, delivered by an award-winning training provider.
