This is a busy and interesting customer-facing role which includes handling enquiries, updating databases and processing payments. What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include updating/maintaining the client database, files and TaxCalc, dealing with queries, supporting clients pay HMRC online, sending letters including Annual Tax letters, booking client work, creating Proposals and Direct Debits using Practice Ignition Software and taking card payments online. You will also monitor deadline dates, scan documents, book appointments, complete client sheets, order stationary, sort the post and update HMRC with client data/Authorisation Codes.

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Attendance of 2 workshops a month for the first 6 months
Assessor visits to the workplace
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and/or Maths (where required)
You will be given 20% of your working week dedicated to your apprenticeship study, or Off the Job Training, to carry out self-supported study, compiling your portfolio or completing work set by your assessor
End point assessment to achieve your final apprenticeship grade
