What will the apprentice be doing?

Your key responsibilities will be: 

Advertising roles through various job boards 
Update databases and assist with a variety of administration 
Communicate with customers over the phone and in person interviews (where possible) 
Build customer relationships and attending networking events 
Maintain and promote the reputation of the company
Agree and support development plans following appraisal
Maintain / promote company vision and values
Assist in the development of the business strategy to deliver and maintain growth
In liaison with HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to Company Policy
All staff to work to the Quality Procedures and to the recognised Industry standards
Support the business as required by the Managing director 
Support the company with any projects as required

Be the focal point for customers and clients calling into the office - personally and over telephone and emails. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer Service Level 2 Practitioner 

Training will be remote via online learning platform and tutorials 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Apprentice has the opportunity to continue with organisation full time with further learning.  However, this is not always guaranteed.
